Karrie Chitwood, M.A.

Karrie Chitwood is an HR Consulting Practice Leader with Advanced Resources, an agency specializing in consulting, staffing and search across HR as well finance, IT and office support. She draws on her own experiences as well as her education in industrial/organizational psychology to bring a refreshing and relevant approach to developing individuals, leaders and teams. With over 18 years at a Fortune 500 organization in a variety of functions including sales, procurement, and HR, she has personally observed the power of exceptional leadership in creating high-performing teams. She specializes in talent management, employee engagement and organizational change. Karrie holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is certified in the emotional and social competence instrument (ESCI), the Leadership Circle Profile, and Life Orientations for work team dynamics. Karrie is a Chicago-area native. She and her husband Matt have three children, Elizabeth, Ryan and Brandon.
