Beth Accounting Manager/Finance Supervisor/Senior Accountant
Beth has accounting and finance leadership experience in the healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and distribution industries.
Additional experience:
- Project work in fixed assets, shortening month and year-end close, simplifying accruals and reconciliations (bank, inventory, customer account), consolidations, external reporting (SEC), expense reporting, financial statements, creation of ad-hoc reporting, and audit (financial, operational, and risk)
- Experience with annual inventory process, review of inventory value at month end, inventory reserve adjustments
- Solid communication skills, written, verbal and technical having worked very closely with the management on the month-end closing process and reporting for audit, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and turnaround management
- Sarbanes Oxley documentation, compliance and testing
- Software experience includes: SAP, Epicor 21 (P21), BPC, Hyperion, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Access, and Excel; including creating V-Lookups, Pivot tables and Macros
