Jenna Customer Service
Jenna is a 2019 graduated from Ferris State University seeking an entry-level position to utilize her strong communication skills.
Additional experience:
- After graduation, lived abroad in Rome working for a tour company helping clients plan their trips, coordinating trip logistics and acting as a guide on the trips themselves
- While in school, interned for the Admissions Department working with the Director of Admissions to plan and conduct student orientation, as well as completing general office tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and learns new programs quickly
