- Previous founding member of PayFactors’ Client Steering Committee having implemented PayFactors at a previous organization and having led implementation of 6 market pricing tools from various vendors throughout career
- Broad mix of compensation experience, including broad-based compensation experience supporting corporate staff functions, legal and regulatory, HR, IT, and investment/asset management divisions
- Well-versed in benchmarking and has a roll-up-your sleeves mentality
