Dana is an HR leader with 20+ years of experience, heavily focused in the Health-Tech space.

- Third person hired in North America with a globally operating medical technology company, responsible for building the entire HR function and growing to over 300 employees
- Has led all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, benefits, HRIS, compensation, employee relations, business partnership, policy development and compliance
- Experience leading teams and is comfortable moving between strategic and tactical work
- Familiar with Zenefits and JazzHR
